Do you restrict, cap, or limit my service in any way?

Aside from throttling a customer's use to their prescribed number of bits per second, We do not restrict or cap the data transfer on any of our internet service tiers. In particular, we do not charge overage fees or lower sustained throughput for moving more than a certain amount of traffic in a time period, as has become popular with many other service providers.

We do have a service agreement however, and if we find that you're using more bandwidth then what is typically used, we may ask you to upgrade your service plan. In very rare instances we might ask you to find another provider if your data usage is considered consistently excessive, or if the connection is clearly being used for purposes that violate our terms of service.
